UNIBEN allegedly bans Christian fellowships from operating on campus (Photo)

A viral photo shows a statement released by the University of Benin Student Affairs Division, banning Christian fellowships from holding meetings within the campus.

According to the statement, the only religious groups exempted from the ban include the Nigerian Fellowship of Catholic Students and the Christian Union.

The school claims the ban is because of the ‘unhealthy multiplicity of fellowships on campus and the use of lecture halls/classrooms/open fields for meetings on Sunday morning.’

Here is the statement. Do you think it’s a good move?
